Terms & Conditions - Prepaid Calling Card
IMPORTANT CONSUMER UPDATE
iBASIS Retail Prepaid Card Products
iBASIS ceased all distribution sales of its prepaid calling cards in 2016. However, cards that were still in the market continued to be serviced until their expiration date. Based on an internal review of our calling card inventory in January 2020, we determined that all of the cards in the market had finally expired. Given our determination that there are no longer consumers with unexpired cards in the market, iBASIS has shut down the support systems serving the product. However, in the unusual event that there remains a consumer with an unexpired card out in the market, please contact our Support Department via the phone or email below with the following information to receive a full refund:
Telephone: 1-781-505-7551 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
E-Mail: support@ibasis.net
Mail: iBASIS, 10 Maguire Road, Building 3, Lexington, MA USA 02421
Please include: Your Name (First Name, Last Name), Mailing Address, Telephone Number, Card Name, PIN, and where you purchased the disposable calling card, in your correspondence.
iBASIS will process your request and a refund check will be issued to you for the unused portion of your prepaid calling card and will be sent to your mailing address via USPS, in approximately 2 – 4 weeks from the date request was received.
California Customers Only: If you have a question about your service or about your balance, please call iBASIS customer support at 1-781-505-7551.
