Ovum’s second annual survey on IMS-based services over LTE suggests that many operators are confused about what needs to be done to support VoLTE, ViLTE, and RCS roaming as a result of limited co-ordination and knowledge sharing across departments.
However, operators do not have to face these decisions alone, nor should they. IPX providers have the knowledge and expertise to explain the implications of the decisions being taken and help improve the speed and efficiency of deployments.
