New InVision Usability and Feature Updates

The latest update of the award-winning iBASIS InVision™ analytics platform has been released. As a valued iBASIS InVision user, you will be able to immediately benefit from two major improvements.

Easier navigation for Protocol Menu Selection

The entry protocol menu selection structure has been updated to be identical across all protocols (SS7, Diameter, and GRX/S8) and to make the tool even easier to navigate.

  • The Global Quality and Subscriber Insight Advanced Troubleshooting tools have been given a single entry point called “Dashboards”
  • All reports have been consolidated under “Key Reports”
  • The rest stays unchanged: IPX Key metrics and InVision Manuals

When clicking on the “Dashboard” you will be led to the known Global Quality View and Subscriber Insight Interface; this functionality did not change.

Greater visibility on KPIs for all MNOs and all countries

Based on your requests, we added the capability for you to view and download key KPIs for all MNOs and all countries at once through a new downloadable report that can be further manipulated for obtaining graphs, making reports, etc.
To reach it you will need to click on “Key Reports” to access the report in the left upper part of the screen.

Click “All Country MNO Data” to download a spreadsheet with all key KPI performance between your network and your roaming partners, both inbound and outbound.
